Domestic Shipping

Shipping is FREE for orders that are valued at $200 or more.

We ship all our items by Australia Post. All our goods are carefully packed for their journey to make sure they arrive in good condition.

Shipping within Australia: $9.95 for the first three items, $11.00 for orders under $200 and free delivery for orders of $200 or more.

International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand only. Please email us at orders@freedompublishingbooks.com.au for a shipping quote.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders over 10 books, please feel free to contact us to negotiate shipping.

Returns

Freedom Publishing has a 7 day return policy. Details of this policy are provided below. If you still have questions, after reading our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@freedompublishing.com.au

Return of Faulty Goods

Goods that are faulty can be exchanged with Freedom Publishing within 7 days. Freedom Publishing will pay all associated shipping costs. To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Goods that have been opened or goods sold on a "no return basis" cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Procedure for returning Goods

Please contact us to arrange the return of faulty items. Freedom Publishing accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us. Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of goods by Freedom Publishing (very rarely would returns take longer to process - if this is the case we will keep you informed).
